So, the staff was super helpful, especially this guy Illia at the front desk. He really knows customer service! The room we got was freshly renovated and had plenty of space. The only thing is, the hotel is way further from the city center than expected, so plan your transport. Breakfast was a bit chaotic due to conventions, though.

We had a fantastic time exploring Prague! One of our favorite moments was taking a steamboat cruise along the River Vltava—it was breathtaking to see the city’s skyline and the stunning Charles Bridge. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options were a bit pricey, which can be tough for families with kids.

Staying at Holiday Inn in Prague offered a good experience with excellent breakfast options and attentive staff. Stepping into the high bath for a shower posed a bit of a challenge. Despite this, the room comfort made our stay enjoyable!

Very helpful staff. The location is convenient, close to the metro station. Spa offers relaxing treatments like full body massages too.

I had a pleasant experience during my short stay, as the hotel is just a two-minute walk from the Prague Congress Centre. However, the breakfast area was extremely busy at times, which made finding a table challenging.
